Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $75K in Youngstown, OH.

We began our house hunt almost two years ago, and about a year in, we had gone through several realtors, all of whom either had no tolerance to deal with a first time home buyer, or were just not motivated in finding homes that we were interested in. Then we met Kim. The difference became rapidly clear. Not only was she excited and very driven to help us find the right home, she also displayed an incredible amount of patience as we went through the hot and cold spells of searching. Thanks to Kim, my girlfriend and I closed on our first home in May. Not only are we thrilled with our first house, it felt like we made a great friend along the way. I would highly recommend Kim to anyone, whether you are a first time home buyer, or a seasoned house hunter, I guarantee that Kim will find you what you want, and within the budget you set

Kim is personable, responds quickly to requests, and an all around nice person. Her best quality is her honesty. After she got our house sold, she was very patient helping us find a new home too. She was flexible with scheduling appointments.
